Japanese Whisky By the Glass

Aged up to 12 years in a barrel, Hatozaki whisky is a premium blend of whiskies that has a light sweetness and a rich malt whisky character.

Hatozaki - $12

Inspired by great American whiskies, this Japanese whisky is aged in ex-bourbon barrels. Slightly sweet with notes of pear, quince, a hint of reed fruits, and vanilla.

Mars Iwai “Shinshu” Blue Label - $13

Meaning “time” in Japanese, Toki whisky is a vivid blend of carefully selected whiskies with a subtle sweet-and-spicy finish.

Suntory Toki - $11

A California take on the Japanese spin on Scotch whisky. Crisp and dry, with a touch of malt sweetness and a hint of lychee fruit and nutty almond character.

Baller Single Malt - $13

Kiichiro lwai, the name sake for this Mars Whisky, was a silent pioneer of Japanese Whisky. This whisky is inspired by great whiskies of America. Mars “Komagatake” Single Malt - $45

Made from 100% malted barley, this whisky is distilled in a Coffey still and matured in old casks to enhance its rich maltiness. Notably sweet with hints of citrus.

Nikka Coffey Malt - $20

A superb blended malt from Nikka, which features plenty of whisky from the Miyagikyo distillery, as well as a percentage of malt matured in sherry casks to give it a rich, spiced nose.

Nikka Taketsuru Pure Malt Black Label - $25

This blended Japanese whisky is aged 5 years in American oak barrels to allow fruity.

Hinotori 5 Year - $25
